Virgin Mobile customers 'most satisfied'

A new study has revealed that Virgin Mobile Australia customers are more satisfied than those of any other telecommunications network.
The Australian Mobile Phone Lifestyle Index study revealed 85% of Virgin Mobile customers are satisfied with their carrier service, coming in 5% ahead of its industry counterparts.
“There’s no question that these customer satisfaction results are a reflection of our promise to give Australians a fair go by making things simpler and offering more flexibility and control,” said Virgin Mobile Marketing Director, David Scribner.
“These scores are proof that we are really hitting the mark with our promise to delivering a fair go for our customers and we will continue to stay true to our existing philosophy of putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.”
87% of Virgin Mobile respondents said they are satisfied with the range of plans and packages available, 21% ahead of any other carrier.
