Virgin Media release cryptic clue

Virgin Media have released a pixelated picture of their latest television advert star, as they invite viewers to guess the identity of the mystery man.
“We’re welcoming a familiar face back to our sofa in our new adverts, but can you guess who it is?”
We can’t quite tell from the photo, but we have a feeling the answer will lie in one of these previous commercials. Can you work it out?
They started off with 'Hustle' actor Marc Warren...
...then there was Olympic legend Usain Bolt...
...and the very popular David Tennant series...
...before Stephen Fry joined Richard Branson and went all Kung Fu.
