Virgin Media has been named by consumers as one of the most innovative British companies, in a survey conducted by UTalkMarketing.
The poll of 2,000 people placed Virgin Media in third place ahead of the likes of the BBC, Innocent Drinks, BskyB and BT. The list of ground-breaking organisations was headed by Dyson, with Tesco taking second place.
Virgin Media has prided itself on innovative ideas since its inception, with the recent introduction of the UK’s fastest broadband service carrying on an impressive record.
2012 has already been a very busy year for the company, with the testing of pioneering next-generation mobile services based on its superfast fibre network.
Virgin Media’s unique TiVo service has recently won a number of plaudits, while their current Usain Bolt marketing campaign has captured the imagination of many.
