Triple award for Virgin Media

Virgin Media have scooped a hat-trick of awards at the European Call Centres & Customer Services Awards ceremony, which took place at London’s Hilton Hotel this week.
The evening saw awards handed to Virgin Media’s Lizzie Chadwick for Best Newcomer, Aimee Jones for Team Leader of the Year and Sian McGregor for Customer Service Business Leader.
McGregor has worked for Virgin Media for 17 years, managing a team of over 1,000 people. If you’d like to find out how she was able to claim the top prize, watch the video below.
The awards offer a single platform for companies to demonstrate customer service and contact centre excellence , with entrants coming from large corporations as well as smaller businesses.
The awards also marked the start of the Call Centre & Customer Management Expo, which will be taking place across the next week.
