Lightning speed – Broadband tops Ofcom report

With Usain-like speed, Virgin Media broadband have come up trumps in Ofcom’s broadband report, released today.
The report showed that Virgin Media remains the fastest UK broadband service provider.
With an average download speed of 88.3Mbit/s, it is significantly faster than BT's Infinity "up to 76Mbit/s" service, which averaged 58.5Mbit/s.
Virgin Media's entry level 30Mbit/s product is 3.3x faster than the UK average!
