Video: Necker Island treats

Richard Branson has had many fine ideas in his time, although perhaps none have been greater than swimming pool sushi.

In this latest video to emerge from Necker Island head chef Gareth Zachary reveals how the Virgin Group Founder came up with the unique idea, which sees guests feast on sushi from a kayak in one of the island’s pools.
