Get faster, fitter and more focused in the Virgin Active new group exercise class based around sprinting superstar Usain Bolt's own training regime.

There's even time to pull off your own version of Usain Bolt's famous celebration.

The sprinter is currently preparing for the 2012 Olympics in London, where he is aiming to win an incredible four gold medals.
