Igniting Change on Necker

Richard Branson’s island home of Necker is this week playing host to a leadership gathering, as Igniting Change looks at ways of discussing, learning and celebrating how entrepreneurship can drive positive change in the world.
The Virgin Group founder will be joined by an impressive line-up of guest speakers with the likes of Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield of Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream, Jochen Zeitz from Puma and Bryan Stevenson, who rose to prominence through Ted Talks, all in attendance.
One of the key focuses of the event will be Our World Inside Out, described by Igniting Change as a ‘‘notebook for the heart as well as the mind.” The notebook focuses on words, highlighting points that can often be forgotten, for example – PriSONer. It’s important to remember that prisoners are people too, something that shouldn't be overlooked.
