Bransons forced to call off 2nd kitesurf

Richard Branson and his team have been forced to call off their second attempt at kitesurfing across the Channel due to weather conditions.

Richard, along with a team including his children Holly and Sam Branson, tried to kitesurf from England to France again today, after strong winds forced yesterday's bid off.

However, there was not enough wind to launch the kites. After changing to a different location in Dungeness, Kent, Richard Branson briefly managed to get his kite into the air.

Nevertheless, unsuitable weather conditions once again forced the kitesurf attempt to be abandoned.
