What is an entrepreneur? Richard Branson speaks exclusively to CNN about now screwing business as usual has led to his success.
CNN’s Starting Point anchor Soledad O'Brien talks to the Virgin Founder after they swam with whale sharks off the coast of Mexico. They debate how can you defy business as usual and make a real difference in both your company and the wider world.
Richard said: "What is an entrepreneur? An entrepreneur is someone who wants to make a difference to other people's lives.
"If you can create something a difference to other people's lives then you have a business. Then you can follow your dream, follow your passion, and hopefully make it a success."
They also discuss Richard's love of adventure and his passion for conservation, as well as space travel with Virgin Galactic.
