Can I join Tribe?

If you are a full time or part-time employee of Virgin in the US, yes you can join Virgin Tribe. If you are unsure about your eligibility, please speak to your People Team.



Okay, so I'm eligible. How do I join?

It's simple, once you start at Virgin the fine folks on your People Team will enroll you in Virgin Tribe. Your Virgin Tribe card will arrive a few weeks after that.



Can my mates or family use my card?

Yes they can ..hurrah! Many of our cool discounts your family and your mates can use! Have a look at all the individual offer details on our website for more info.



If I leave Virgin, can I keep the card?

Sorry no, your lovely Virgin Tribe card remains the property of Virgin Management USA, Inc. at all times. If you do leave you must give your card back to your manager or your People Team.



I've lost my card, what should I do?

Don't panic...we can sort a new one out for you, not a problem. Just let your People Team know that you have lost your card.



What kind of web browser do I need?

Our site has been designed for viewing through Internet Explorer 8 or Firefox 3 or above. The site is designed for 1024 x 768 screen resolution or above.



Is my personal data kept private?

Yes. All the information you include will be kept absolutely private. For further information, please read our Terms & Conditions



What is a cookie?

As well as the chocolate chip kind, a cookie is what Internet boffins call a small data file that's stored on your computer when you look at certain web sites. The cookie remembers information about you when you next visit the site. This makes life a lot easier for you. We will never collect personal information from you without your permission.
