VIRGIN. ONE TRIBE. ENDLESS ADVENTURE
Did you Know?
You work for one of the most exciting brands in the world. Started by Richard Branson in the 1970's as a music business Virgin is now a truly global company. There are Virgin planes, trains, holidays, health clubs, mobile phones, credit cards, racing cars, marathons, music festivals, films, books, iPad mags and even trips to space.
What is Virgin Tribe?
Virgin Tribe is your key to amazing "money can't buy" Virgin experiences, awesome weekend specials and fantastic third-party deals and discounts. Virgin Tribe unlocks a world of endless adventure just for you.
Am I eligible to join Tribe?
If you're a permanent, SA based employee of Virgin, you are already a member of Tribe!
I am a Virgin Active Franchise Personal Trainer. How do I join?
As a Franchise Personal Trainer you are eligible to join Tribe, but you have to pay an annual fee of R100. But with the great savings you have with your Tribe card, it makes the decision to join a no brainer!
First, click here and complete your online application form.
Next, in order for the R100 to be deducted by direct debit, print out the amended debit order form, complete it and fax the completed form to 0865089215.
Your Virgin Tribe card will only be issued once both steps have been completed, then, before you know it, you'll have it!
Yay, I'm eligible. What do I need to do?
If you have not already received your Virgin Tribe card, take a leisurely (that's casual) walk to your HR champion and ask (politely) for your brand new totally rad (or is that red) Virgin Tribe card.
OK, I've got my brand new totally rad and red Virgin Tribe card. What now?
If you need to shout with joy and happiness, that's cool. Now check out the latest Virgin Tribe specials on the left. If I were you, I would also bookmark this page and visit the site regularly (especially the "What's Hot" section) because that's where we have competitions and give-away's.
Getting or using the deal
If you find a Virgin Tribe deal that catches your fancy, read the fine print (there is always fine print!) as well as the Terms & Conditions. Then head on out and enjoy.
Don't forget to take some form of identification with you (ID book, passport, drivers license) - your Virgin Tribe partners need to know who they are dealing with!
Why doesn't the new Virgin Tribe card have a picture, expiry date or unique number on it?
Picture? Expiry date? That's just so last year! If a Virgin Tribe partner needs to verify that you are indeed one of the chosen few, they can check you out online. They have special access to verify that you are who you say you are ;)
I have an old Virgin Tribe card and not a new red Virgin Tribe card. What must I do?
You can either run or take a leisurely walk to your HR champion and ask (politely) for your brand new Virgin Tribe card. Don't forget to hand in your old card. It's so last year!
Can my friends and family use my card?
Some Virgin Tribe deals extend to friends and family. You'll need to check each individual offer to see whether they're in on the deal too.
If I leave Virgin, can I still use my card?
Sorry, afraid not. Your Virgin Tribe card is the property of Virgin Tribe South Africa and you have access to the discounts and special offers, as long as you're with Virgin. You'll need to return the card to your HR champion if you leave. But once you've had a taste of Virgin Tribe, leaving won't be an option, we think :)
I've lost my card. What should I do?
If you have lost your card, first thing to do is panic! Secondly, stop panicking. Next you can either run or take a leisurely (that's still casual) walk to your HR champion and politely ask for your replacement brand new totally red Virgin Tribe card.
When does my Tribe card expire?
The brand new Virgin Tribe cards don't have an expiry date but we will be updating them every now and then. OK more then than now. So please look after your Virgin Tribe card!
