Virgin Money USA is a financial services company dedicated to making everyone better off - customers, staff, society, partners and shareholders. We offer social and traditional lending products directly to the consumer as well as through mortgage brokers and a network of financial advisors.
A pioneer in the rapidly growing social finance (person to person lending) space, our evolution led us to enter the wholesale and retail mortgage space in 2008. In this capacity, we are now a lender and processor of traditional mortgages, and manage intra family as well as unsecured private loans.
Our customer more often than not have access to traditional options but they are also looking for the next generation financial services company - one that is innovative, honest, and easy to work with. These guiding principles are at the very core of our mission.

p2p borrowing may very well be a more viable option for people who are tired of getting declined by banks. Add to that the fact that consumers these days are borrowing money from other consumers at better rates than institutional lenders Unfortunately, there are far to many borrowers and not enough lenders and as banks fail so does the confidence of the average p2p lender. In these difficult times there is a silver n' gold lining. There is an influx of smart people flooding the market these days just waiting to find someone to help them get their idea off the ground. If you are a lender, remember the importance of due diligence on any deal, this way you take the Vegas effect off the table.
