dear mr brandson, i hate to use this section in this way, however I have been unable to get this issue resolved. Virgin Media have inccorrectly over charged by £300.00. They have accepted this and confirmed that a refund is due to that amount, however I have been told that no one in the call centres call authorise this refund as its value is to high. I have subsequently written to customer services and no response. This has been ongoing for 8 months now and no response. I am a sky employee however took the virgin package as I thought it was a better product offering, however this level of service and myself being out of pocket for so long leads me to think otherwise. Please help.
