few month before A very use full site was showing "Coustemer mobile detail" now I think this service has been break by VIRGIN MOBILE

I want to be an agent of the company in India, Virgin Mobile IN and sign an agency agreement, I wrote in the Indian office but no one I do not answer my letters. What do I do? let me know how to conclude agency franchise contract. All the best! Alexey
