I am supportive of Virgin (notably what Virgin blue has done in Australia) and Richard Branson (his books and let's do it philosophy) but was disappointed today to visit Virgin's Champs Elysees Megastore - the service was terrible and the staff seemed unhappy especially to be dealing with customers, not what I knowfrom Virgin blue and can't imagine Richard would be pleased, I certainly wasn't
