I've got no problem with VM's traffic management policy and I'm on ADSL and a fairly heavy user. Just be glad you aren't stuck with $ky for TV.....had VM at my old place but only $ky in my current and they are flipping awful as far as customer service go!

VM's Traffic Management policy is driving customers away. If they scrapped it, more customers would join VM, for fast, unrestricted, Broadband speeds. This is why Blueyonder were so popular and likely why VM became interested in them as a business venture - just to go making a mess of things with Traffic Management. Have they never heard "If it aint broken, don't fix it"?

What is gong on with virgin broadband and wireless everyone i no is losing all connection at 9pm. They will lose a lot of customers if not careful

Maybe its a good idea to make sure the house you move too is virgin readily available, thats what i do. i always check and if its not a house that virgin media install too, i just chose another house. Be without my virgin services, are you for real, never, not in a month of sundays. I have all the virgin services you can get, virgin landline, virgin tv, virgin mobiles, virgin braodband, virgin mobile broadband, ive even got a virginmedia freedom netbook. And if they were taken from me, id probably scream. I dont even watch tv that much but i am still very very loyal to the company, i dont use my home phone much either, but i get great delight in paying for my services because i know i am one of virgins best customers, there customer service is second to none. I will never ever change my virgin services to another provider. I think Sir Richard Branson is the greatest, And i will always show my support to him in as many ways as i possibly can and that will never change. Rock on Virginmedia, faster faster faster. Come on Sir, im trying to speed you up, much work to be done and im right there with you but you probably already know that with all the writing i do to you.
