Have just been robbed by V festival! Mistake was made during the booking and the wrong site was booked, have asked for an exchange for the correct site but was told no. Refund could me made (which will take 4-5 working days!) so I have been left with no itckets and no money to book tickets on Friday. Thanks V! If that's the 'specia'l treatment for being a Vigin customer, I'd rather not be one!
